Frontend Engineer

EngineeringFull-time·Remote (Nigeria)

We're looking for a sharp frontend engineer who cares deeply about UI/UX, performance, and the kind of small details users notice but don't know why. You'll work on the editor, the dashboard, and the marketing site — shipping real features every week.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience with React or Next.js
  • Strong TypeScript skills
  • Eye for design — you don't just implement specs, you improve them
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS
  • Understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, etc.)
  • Bonus: Experience with drag-and-drop libraries, GrapeJS, or canvas-based editors

Backend Engineer

Help us scale the infrastructure powering thousands of websites. You'll work on our API layer, database performance, webhooks, domain management integrations, and billing systems.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years with Node.js or equivalent backend runtime
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (Prisma preferred)
  • Understanding of REST API design and webhook security
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment processors, domain registrars)
  • Comfortable with serverless/edge deployment (Vercel, Cloudflare)
  • Bonus: Experience with payment gateways like Bachs or Stripe

Product Designer

Chavica's design language is still being defined — and you'd be a big part of defining it. We need a designer who can move from user research to high-fidelity prototypes to shipped screens, all while keeping things simple and beautiful.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of product design experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Expert Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototyping
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility
  • Ability to think in systems, not just screens
  • Experience designing for mobile-first responsive interfaces
  • Bonus: Motion design / micro-interaction skills

Content & SEO Lead

We need someone who can write content that ranks, converts, and actually helps people. You'll own the blog, manage SEO strategy, write landing page copy, and grow our organic presence from the ground up.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of content marketing or SEO experience
  • Strong writing skills — clear, sharp, no fluff
  • Deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO
  • Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.)
  • Ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience in the Nigerian/African tech market

Customer Success Manager

Be the person our users love. You'll handle onboarding, support escalations, feedback loops, and work closely with the product team to make sure what we build actually solves real problems.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a customer success or support role at a tech company
  • Empathetic communicator — written and verbal
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
  • Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for users to complain
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, website builders, or ecommerce tools

A deeper technical or portfolio review. Meet more of the team. Ask us anything. We want you to be as confident about us as we are about you.
